No. 28 Morweth Court is a contemporary and well presented first floor apartment located in a small, recently redeveloped estate in the coastal village of Downderry. Within walking distance, there is everything a visitor could require, including a local shop, pub, restaurant, cafe and beautiful beach. Furthermore, the popular long stretch of beach at Seaton is only a few minutes drive away, so there is plenty to keep the family entertained! For those who enjoy walking, the South West Coastal Path passes through Downderry and provides miles of beautiful Cornish coastline with wonderful views. The popular seaside town of Looe and the historic fishing village of Polperro, both offering lovely beaches, restaurants and pubs, are only a short drive away, but if you fancy venturing further afield, try visiting the breathtaking North coast of Cornwall or the famous Eden Project, both of which are easily accessible from Morweth Court.

Steps from the parking area to the decked balcony. Open plan living room/kitchen/diner. Modern kitchen area with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Dining area with table and chairs to seat four. Living room with corner sofa, flat screen TV and DVD. Master double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Smaller double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand basin.

Outside: Sliding patio doors open onto the decking area, with table and chairs to seat four and glimpses down to the sea. There are also communal grass areas.

Parking: One allocated space. More parking available on road nearby.
