This welcoming ground floor apartment is set in a fantastic location, right next to the lovely Thurlestone Sands beach in an exclusive development which has an outdoor swimming pool and spectacular sea views. Thurlestone village, a couple of miles away has a village Post Office and shop, an olde-worlde village inn, tennis courts, a golf course and the South West Coastal Path passes right outside the apartment and meanders along the coastline offering some truly wonderful walks. The boating Mecca and bustling seaside town of Salcombe is well worth a visit as is the market town of Kingsbridge at the head of the Salcombe estuary. Not only is the apartment in a lovely location, but it is ideally situated to provide a base for exploring the South Hams, provided of course that you can tear yourself away from the pool and the views.

Dining area with table and chairs to seat 6, side cabinet with games and radio/CD. Fitted kitchen with larder fridge and freezer, eye level double oven and gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and sink. Large master bedroom with 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. En-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC, shaver socket and heated towel rail. Second double bedroom with 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Outside:

Patio doors lead out onto the private sun terrace with patio furniture and beautiful sea views. Heated swimming pool (open approximately 22nd May -1st October) with landscaped terrace. The use of the pool is shared between the cottages and apartments situated next to the pool.
