Access is via a communal staircase and Number One is located on the first floor. Open plan kitchen/living/dining room. Living room with stylish corner sofa, 32" Freeview HD TV, Blu-ray and DVD player. Dining table with seating for two. Kitchen with brand new appliances, including a halogen hob, electric oven, combination oven/microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and iPod dock. Smart wet room with electric shower, WC and hand basin. 

Parking: No designated parking currently available. A weekly ticket from The Millpool public car park is approximately £33.
