This very comfortable, luxury three bedroom bungalow has glorious sea views from all principal rooms and is situated just five minutes walk from the wonderful beach of Bigbury on Sea with acres and acres of sand, a local shop and two cafes. At low tide you can walk across to the famous Burgh Island and The Pilchard Inn, or take the unique tall tractor at high tide an experience not to be missed. Bigbury on Sea really does offer the perfect beach holiday with surfing, wind and kite surfing, good swimming and fine sand that is ideal for sand castles!

Entrance porch and hallway. Lovely light and airy sitting/dining room with double patio doors to front garden and French doors to the rear gardens. TV with Freeview/DVD, radio/CD player and a large comfortable sofa, chair and dining table to seat 6. Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) with double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a large window overlooks the garden and the room has an en-suite bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Further double bedroom with 5ft bed and picture window with sea views. Single bedroom with 3ft bed and an extra put-you-up bed. Shower room with large shower enclosure, electric shower, basin and WC.
Outside:
Separate utility annexe in the garden with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit. Attractive gardens comprising terraced front garden and an enclosed lawned rear garden with patios and garden furniture. A delightful walled courtyard area provides a warm spot for al fresco meals. Parking for 2 cars in front of the single garage.
