This tastefully presented, comfortable semi-detached house is situated in a quiet area of Kingsbridge and is ideal as a base from which to explore the beautiful South Hams. Just a short walk away the picturesque estuary is busy with the bustle of boats and sailing dinghies and the leisure centre, with its large heated swimming pool is a great place for the kids to let off steam on a rainy day. The town of Kingsbridge has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a cinema and there are a selection of great sandy beaches within a ten mile radius, including the popular surfing beaches of Bigbury and Bantham which are perfect for windsurfing, body boarding and kite surfing. The house itself has the benefit of a secluded patio garden equipped with garden furniture, which provides an ideal place to relax and the house has parking spaces for two cars.
