Beach Cottage
Beach Cottage is a tastefully furnished, period thatched cottage with beamed ceilings and a woodburner stove, only a minutes’ walk from the two beautiful sandy beaches in Hope Cove. This is the ideal setting for a self catering seaside holiday and this cottage has much both in character and charm. The beamed ceilings and log burner make it a cosy place to stay in the spring and autumn and the nearby South West Coast Path provides some wonderful walks with spectacular sea views. There is a boat stand with the property, so guests are able to bring their own medium sized trailerable boats and use the slipway not far from the cottage for launching. (Details on request.)

Delightful sitting room with exposed beams, a feature fireplace and multifuel stove, two comfortable sofas (one will extend to form a 4ft 6in sofa bed for fifth guest) and armchairs, HD TV with Freeview and Blu-ray player (plus an assortment of DVDs), door to rear courtyard. Modern kitchen/diner with electric ceramic hob, oven under, Leibherr fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler and pine table and chairs to seat 5. (Compact laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in outside store). Upstairs: Bathroom with bath and electric shower over, hand basin, WC and electric towel rail. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, fitted wardrobe, hand basin in vanity unit and wall mounted flatscreen TV. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and wardrobe.
Outside:
Small enclosed courtyard with picnic table and benches.
Parking: For one large car plus a boat trailer for boats up to 18ft maximum.
