Accommodation:-Path leads to front entrance hall with polished wooden floors leading through to the attractive dining hall with extending dining table and chairs to seat six and patio doors to rear terraced garden. Lounge with Sky TV and DVD player, mini Hifi,, two large sofas and ornamental fireplace, storage cupboards and shelves filled with books and games. Wireless Broadband available. Beautiful well equipped kitchen with superb gas range with double oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, breakfast table to seat four with door leading out towards garden path. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.  Off the main hall is the ground floor twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, en suite shower room, basin and WC, wardrobe and cabinets. First floor master bedroom with 5ft king sized double bed, dressing table, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower over, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and children's games cupboard. Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC.
Outside: Lawns and terraces surround the property with garden furniture and rotary clothes line - some steep steps leading up to a top lawned area and young children may require supervision due to the steps.
Included: Bed linen (guests are requested to provide their own towels) standard cot, high chair and stair gate, electricity and gas central heating.
