In a glorious waterside position on the River Dart, this pretty, detached three bedroomed cottage provides a really lovely home, full of character, with plenty of exposed timbers, stone walls and much more. There are outstanding views across the estuary from nearly all the rooms and it is well furnished and decorated including lovely ceramic floor tiles with rugs downstairs and stripped pine flooring upstairs:

Small entrance porch. Open plan room with doors to terrace, comprising sitting area with attractive open fire; dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen with electric cooker, oil fired Rayburn, microwave, fridge and freezer. Small snug lounge with TV and sofa. Cloakroom/utility room with WC, large basin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs: One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, with two 2ft 6in divans. One bunk bedroom. Shower room with shower, basin set into vanity unit, WC and airing cupboard.
Outside: Small terrace with garden furniture overlooking the estuary, spacious patio at the rear.
Parking:
In village car parks, half a mile up a hill. Parking on beach at low tide (access can be blocked by other parked cars in the high season).
