Communal entrance hall and stairs to the first floor. The spacious kitchen diner has a dining table to seat 8, a large comfortable sofa, TV/DVD and French doors to the terrace with lovely river views. Well equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, built in double ovens, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Master bedroom with super king size double bed, fitted wardrobes, TV/DVD and country views. Bathroom with bath, shower over, twin hand basins and WC. Utility cupboard with washer/dryer and coat hooks. Bedroom 2, with twin 3ft beds, fitted cupboards and country views. Open tread stairs to second floor. Spacious sitting room with huge velux windows with wonderful river views, French door to the upper terrace, two large sofas (one a 5ft double sofa bed) and two chairs with footstools, 40” TV with Sky HD, Sky+, DVD and CD player. Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft beds, sloping ceiling, fitted wardrobe and country views. Note: This room is only suitable for 2 children or one adult. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: Cotterbury has two private terraced patio areas with outdoor furniture for both, one accessed from the dining area, the other from the sitting room. Access to attractive communal gardens with a level lawn. Steps from the parking area lead down to the shared swimming pool area provided with outdoor furniture and loungers. The pool, open from Spring Bank Holiday to end August, is heated when night air temperature allows.
