Florence House is a distinctive period property in the heart of the popular village of Slapton, a short distance from the south Devon coast and the beach at Torcross. The pretty village of Slapton is a tumble of picturesque cottages with two great pubs, a village shop and borders the Slapton Ley Nature Reserve. The South West Coastal Path passes close by and invites the visitor to enjoy some spectacular coastal walks, a perfect one being the walk to Start Point, passing through the seaside villages of Beeson and Hallsands on the way. The historic naval port of Dartmouth with its bustling quayside, shops and restaurants is a short drive away as is the pretty market town of Kingsbridge at the head of the Salcombe estuary.

a sheltered south west facing paved area with garden table and chairs and an enclosed area of lawn. The remainder of the large established landscaped garden extends away from the house with several seating areas and expanses of lawn with lovely views of the village.
