As the name implies, Harbour Watch offers the guest unrivalled views of this busy fishing port as well as the harbour entrance and the beautiful coastline. Although areas of the apartment are dated and basically furnished, the rooms are large and comfortable, the living areas are centrally heated and most benefit from the amazing views. The large, very well equipped kitchen and the family bathroom have been recently refurbished and the spacious accommodation provides an ideal base from which to explore the busy seaside town as well as the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer. East Looe, with its host of shops, pubs and restaurants and sandy beach is accessible either by passenger ferry during the season or a leisurely ten minute walk. Closer to hand, West Looe has a number of useful shops and cafes, as well as the Jolly Sailor pub, reputedly the oldest in Looe.

Front door to hallway and steps to apartment, all on one level. Living room with windows facing the harbour and sea, sofa, three armchairs, TV, DVD and video. Kitchen/diner with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and dining table to seat six. Master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, hand basin and harbour views. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and harbour views. Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand basin.

Parking: Public fee paying car park three minutes walk. Free parking on road 10 minutes walk.
