Commanding beautiful Looe estuary views from the large front decking area and all but one of the rooms, Hawthorn Cottage in West Looe is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Offering home comforts in a contemporary style, this cottage will entertain the family throughout the year; the children will love the enormous upstairs bedroom, which functions as a perfect games room, whilst the parents can sip on a glass of wine and enjoy the scenery from this wonderful vantage point. West Looe is a quick amble down the road and East Looe with all its popular attractions can be reached via a short ferry ride; sunbathe on the sandy beach of East Looe, explore amongst the rock pools at Hannafore beach or even try your hand at crab fishing. Alternatively, visit the nearby quintessential fishing village of Polperro or venture out to the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. For the walking enthusiasts, the South West Coastal Path is on the doorstep, offering miles of scenic walks for your enjoyment, and the rest of the gorgeous South Cornwall coast is easily accessed from this bustling seaside town.

Open plan living/dining area with ornamental open fireplace (not in use), two sofas, dining table to seat eight, digital TV, DVD player and iPod dock. Kitchen with gas Rangemaster (with additional small electric oven), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Shower room with large shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. Stairs up to landing and WC with hand basin. Further stairs up to first floor. Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds. Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed and double bedroom with 5ft king size bed, both with estuary views. Family bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and hand basin. Stairs up to second floor. Large twin bedroom with 3ft beds, flat screen TV, Playstation 2, games, books and estuary views.

Please note: This property is accessed via a relatively steep slope and a number of steps, so it may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.

Parking: You can unload briefly outside the church opposite the cottage. Other parking available on the West Looe Quay, 2 minutes walk (charges apply) or at the Millpool car park, half a mile (weekly tickets approx. £30).
