Ivy's End is an attractive traditional stone cottage located in the pretty hamlet of Ringmore, close to the South Devon coast, full of character and charm.  The living room, which features characterful uneven walls, beamed ceilings and windows which peep out onto the lane has a relaxing seating area and separate dining area. The cottage which has been renovated in a pleasingly contemporary manner also has a modern kitchen and two restful bedrooms upstairs. Ringmore has a lively pub and is close to the stunning South West Coast path, so bring your hiking boots and the dog and enjoy some wonderful coastal walks. Challaborough beach is just down the road and a path leads on to the popular  beach at Bigbury and Burgh Island ideaL for water sports. The secluded Ayrmer Cove is a ten minute walk from the cottage along National Trust paths and the location of this delightful retreat allows easy access to the many attractions of the beautiful South Hams.

Rear door to modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven/grill under, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Living room with two sofas surrounding a feature fireplace, Freeview TV and DVD. Dining area with seating for 4. Large family bathroom with corner bath with rose head shower, hand basin and WC.  First floor with delightful double bedroom with beams and Victorian style cast iron 4ft 6in bed and a further twin bedroom with a 3ft bed and 2ft 6in bed.

Outside

Private patio space furnished with garden table, chairs and barbecue.

Parking for one car in allocated space.
