Totally refurbished the owners have ensured that everything required for a comfortable and relaxing holiday is provided.  Conveniently located on the South Devon coast guests will appreciate the easy access to the many attractions in this popular holiday area, including beaches, coastal walks, golf, the historic port of Plymouth, Dartmoor and nearby Cornwall.  There is plenty of parking, a secluded sunny rear garden, a welcoming local pub a little way up the road and a country stroll to the lovely 15^th century Langdon Court Hotel. Bring your surfboards as the nearby beach is great or surfing and there is plenty of room to store bikes and kayaks.

Entrance hall leads to open plan living room with views to the sea. Sitting area with three sofas and wall mounted smart TV with internet connection. Dining area with bespoke oak dining table chairs and benches. Modern kitchen with 5 burner gas hob, oven, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility room off hall with washing machine. Comfortable conservatory overlooking the garden with leather sofa and cane chairs. Master bedroom 1 with 5ft bed and en suite shower room with shower, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with two 3ft beds (can be linked to form double). Bedroom 3 with 4ft 6in double bed and door to conservatory . Bedroom 4, a compact children’s bunk room with 3ft bunk beds. Family bathroom with roll top bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Outside:

Conseravtory doors open onto a sunny patio and lawn with quality garden furniture and gas barbecue.
