With a general store, a friendly pub, an award winning restaurant and a a lengthy beach all within walking distance from the cottage, the family will never be lacking in entertainment! The popular family beach at Seaton is only a two minute drive away and for those who enjoy walking, the South West Coastal path passes through Downderry and provides miles of beautiful coastline with wonderful views. Further afield, there is the seaside town of Looe, the historic fishing village of Polperro, the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan as well as the stunning North coast of Cornwall, all easily accessible from Morweth Court.

Steps to front entrance. Open plan living room/kitchen/diner. Modern kitchen area with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Dining area with dining table to seat four. Lounge with two sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Master double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Bunk bedroom with 3ft single bunks. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand basin.

Outside: Sliding patio doors open onto the decking area with wooden table and chairs seating four and glimpses of the sea. There are also communal grass areas.

Parking: One allocated space. More parking available on road nearby.
