Little Tresillian, located on the top of the hill overlooking the sea and coastline provides just such an escape, in a contemporary and tastefully furnished apartment with the added benefit of its own parking and a sunny decked area; this is the ideal place for you to kick back and relax with a glass of wine after a hard day! Very nearby is the coastal path where you can enjoy an energetic walk into Polperro or down to Talland beach. Little Tresillian is perfect for couples of all ages wanting to enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer, either summer or winter, and just to top it off, you're greeted by a delicious cream tea on arrival!

Separate access to the apartment, situated all on one level. Modern and very well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox and washer/dryer. Archway to the lounge/diner with dining table to seat four, sofa, armchair, flat screen 32” HD TV, DVD and Freeview. Large carpeted double bedroom, with 5ft double bed and fitted wardrobes with bureau. Separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin and adjoining fully tiled bathroom, equipped with bath, shower cubicle and hand basin.
Outside:
Decking area outside the kitchen with table and chairs and views to the sea and coastline.
Parking: Allocated parking for one car.
