Mary Anne Cottage is as sweet as its name, a bijou thatched cottage, as pretty as a picture and located in the heart of Stokenham village in the South Hams. The cottage is within walking distance of glorious Slapton Sands and is around the corner from two excellent pub/restaurants and a first rate farm shop is half a mile down the road. The cottage is delightful, very comfortably furnished and equipped, so treat your partner to a romantic break in this idyllic little gem and enjoy brisk walks on the nearby coastal path, good food in the local pubs, lazy days on the beach or exploring this stunning area of South Devon.

Accommodation:

Front door into attractive sitting room with open fire, sofa and chair, TV/DVD, radio/CD player and with windows that look across the attractive village green. The galley kitchen/diner, is well fitted and equipped with wood block surfaces, ceramic hob with oven under, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher. A built-in breakfast bar provides a dining area with two stools. From the sitting room, door to the pretty double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, French door to the courtyard garden and en suite shower room with electric corner shower, basin and WC.

Outside: A small courtyard seating area, accessed from the parking area and the bedroom, is provided with garden furniture.

Parking: Space for two cars off road alongside the cottage.
