Set above the harbour, commanding spectacular views of the Looe harbour and out to sea, is Mylor House, a large terraced property situated in West Looe. Mylor can be enjoyed by the whole family as one house or as two separate apartments. Perhaps grandparents may wish to take advantage of this arrangement. The house is immaculately presented, and with its homely and welcoming atmosphere, you will want for nothing as you relax in one of two lounges. There are also two kitchens but a large lounge/diner allows for all guests to dine together if preferred. Please see separate descriptions for the two aparments that make up the whole house.

The ground floor is home to Mylor Downs, which has the distinct advantage of having access to a small patio to unwind and enjoy those views.

Mylor Downs Accommodation:

Entrance door into lobby, with two inner doors separating Mylor Ups from Mylor Downs (if necessary). Lounge/diner with two leather sofas, Freesat TV, DVD, mini HiFi, dining table to seat four and French doors to patio area. Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, wash basin and built-in wardrobe. Shower room with electric shower, WC and hand basin.

Outside: Patio area accessed from the living room with garden furniture. Back door leads to a small yard with clothes line.

The first and second floors are home to Mylor Ups, an immaculately presented apartment. With its homely and welcoming atmosphere, you will want for nothing as you relax in the lounge whilst gazing out at those incredible views. The apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer.

Mylor Ups Accommodation:

Access up a slope leading to the terrace. Shared entrance door into porch, leading to separate entrance for Mylor Ups. Inner hall with stairs to middle landing. Well equipped kitchen with range cooker (gas hob, griddle & electric double oven), microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Lounge/diner with two leather sofas, TV with freesat, DVD, mini HiFi and dining table to seat four. French doors lead onto a small balcony with garden furniture and commanding fantastic sea and harbour views. WC. A further flight of stairs lead to the top floor. Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds (can be zipped together to make a large double), built in wardrobe and wash basin. Master bedroom with sea view, 4ft 6in double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with wash basin and bath only. Shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Parking: Applicable to both apartments - public parking a few minutes walk on quay, charges apply. Weekly ticket available (approx £30) in the Millpool car park, half a mile.

Features applicable to both apartments:

• Included: Bed linen, towels (no beach towels), travel cot, electricity and central heating (gas).
• Security Deposit: £50 per apartment.
• Pets: Small pets are allowed by arrangement with the owner but are limited to Mylor Downs only and not when the whole house is let.
• Telephone: No telephone provided. Mobile reception mixed.
• Local Facilities: Beach 15 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by ferry). Other south coast beaches are easily accessible by car. Shops, pubs and restaurants all in Looe. Polperro 4 miles. Plymouth 21 miles. Truro 29 miles.

Please Note: Due to steep access, Mylor House may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.
