Imaginatively converted, very spacious, and superbly furnished and equipped, it is set in private landscaped gardens, near the owners' home surrounded by 15 acres of pastureland to which visitors enjoy access. A field walk leads to a public bridleway and miles of footpaths. Stabling is available on site and fishing and golf can be arranged. Village shops, a choice of inns, and renowned restaurants can be found in Lifton and Chillaton (both 1½ miles) and nearby Roadford Lake offers watersports, fishing and level lakeside walks. Within 6 miles, both historic Launceston and Tavistock provide excellent shops and sporting facilities, whilst Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and several National Trust properties are all easily accessible. The Eden Project, and superb sandy beaches on the north and south Cornish coast and the South Hamsare all under 45 minute drive.
