This lovely apartment is located on the top floor of a recently refurbished vicarage with wonderful views of the estuary through its Gothic arched windows. Well proportioned rooms, with period features that the owners have been at pains to retain, combined with tasteful furnishings and décor create a special and restful holiday destination. The remainder of the vicarage is run by the owners as an exclusive B & B and they are very happy to provide breakfast to apartment guests if they want to avoid early morning catering during their stay (for a modest additional charge). Relax in the walled garden with its manicured lawns, or stroll down to the bustling harbour to watch the fishing boats. The town itself provides a host of diversions, with an abundance of quality pubs, restaurants and shops. The sandy beach and Banjo pier provide plenty of entertainment for young families and the South West Coastal Path runs along this beautiful and rugged coastline.

Separate door to stairwell leading up to the apartment. Living/dining room with lovely views over the gardens to the estuary, feature fireplace, large sofa, armchair, TV, DVD and dining table to seat four. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge with ice box. Master double bedroom with lovely views through the Gothic arched windows, 5ft king size bed and hand basin. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Family bathroom with Victorian roll top bath, shower over and hand basin. Separate WC.

Outside:

Front large communal walled garden with extensive lawn and ample garden furniture.

Parking: Garage parking on site.
