Situated on the banks of the River Dart with dreamy views across Bow Creek, this extremely popular period detached stone cottage is very comfortably furnished and well equipped. There are beautiful unspoilt views of the estuary, woodland and countryside beyond from all principal rooms.
Accommodation:
Front door to entrance hall. Small stairway up to lovely spacious sitting room with woodburner, TV, DVD, stereo/CD and sliding full height windows that make the most of the wonderful views. Kitchen/dining room with French doors to terrace, electric hob, built under oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Utility area with washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs master double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Twin bedroom on the ground floor with 3ft 3in beds that can be fitted together to form a king size bed. Shower room with shower, basin and WC.
Outside:
Very pretty south facing secluded patio overlooking the river and surrounded by an old stone wall and bordered by plants and shrubs, the perfect place for a drink on a sunny evening. Garden furniture.
Parking: Off road parking for 2 cars almost opposite.
- Included: Duvets, pillows, central heating (oil) and electricity. Although Stable Cottage is a 4 Star property, linen and towels are not provided; however, they can be hired with beds made up. Please call for details.
