Steepfield has absolutely outstanding views of the beautiful Avon estuary and out towards the open sea and Burgh Island, with the glorious sandy stretches of Bantham beach, rocky pools and lovely wooded banks of the river Avon all within easy walking distance and just waiting to be explored. This spacious first floor apartment with superb balcony forms the major part of a substantial detached house (the owners occasionally in residence in the other part). With lots of space, fully carpeted and comfortably furnished, just a few paces from the well known Sloop Inn with its excellent restaurant and in the heart of the pretty coastal South Hams village of Bantham, this is an ideal spot for all the family.

Two large patio doors open to the extensive balcony with reinforced glass panels allowing gorgeous uninterrupted views. Spacious double bedroom with fitted cupboards and vanity unit, twin 3ft zip linked beds, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC and two heated towel rails.
