Sunrise Cottage, a charming, traditional stone cottage close to the North Devon coast is set on a quiet lane overlooking the beautiful Sterridge Valley and the award winning village of Berrynarbor, a perfect retreat from it all. With its' elevated position, Sunrise commands far reaching views across the valley toward the coast which can be seen from every room, as well as of the pretty and quaint village of Berrynarbor. This delightful cottage has recently been completely and sympathetically restored whilst still retaining its original character and provides comfortable beamed reception rooms with wood burning stoves, oak floors with underfloor heating and all the comforts of home. After a day at the picturesque local beaches, the vast sandy beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe, or after walking on the stunning North Devon coastal path, you can relax and unwind in the comfort of this much loved home. Whether enjoying breakfast on the front patio in the morning sunshine, a glass of wine in the evening on the back terrace, or snuggled up in front of the woodburners, this cottage is an excellent base for a family holiday in any season. Berrynarbor has a friendly shop/post office and a welcoming and child friendly pub within walking distance serving good food, and the nearby seaside village of Combe Martin and the town of Ilfracombe provide all the facilities required when on holiday.

Steps up from the lane to the front porch. Cosy sitting room with 3 sofas, original fireplace with wood burner stove, TV/DVD, hi-fi system (with iPod dock, sd card and USB inputs). Dining room with seating for 6 and gas woodburner style stove set in inglenook fireplace. Modern kitchen with range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and farmhouse table and chairs. Wet room with walk in shower, hand basin and WC. Utility room with butler sink and washing machine. First Floor. Charming master bedroom with 5ft bed, TV/DVD. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Single or twin room with 3ft single and 3ft truckle bed. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

French doors from kitchen to paved patio with table and chairs and lovely valley views. Door from first floor landing to rear paved terrace with garden table, chairs and barbecue.
Parking; Plenty in front of cottage in lane.
