The Barn is a cosy studio in a recently converted detached barn, once used as a workshop to a nearby tin mine of days gone by. This eco friendly property is adjacent to a footpath where you can begin one of the many truly incredible walks or rides that the National Park has to offer. Situated near the tranquil village of Clearbrook, guests can catch a glimpse of the famous Dartmoor ponies and Tors, or make a visit to nearby Buckland Abbey, a number of charming village pubs or the stunning Yelverton Golf Course. The Barn really does make the perfect base for anyone looking to explore this beautiful area whether it be on foot, bike, horse or by car.

Entrance through wood door into attractive barn conversion studio. Living area with sofa, leather armchair with footstool, coffee table, dining table, TV with Freesat/DVD. Kitchen area with built in electric cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Double 4ft 6in bed and built in wardrobe.. En-suite modern shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Outside:

Front door opens onto enclosed decking area with garden furniture.
