Waters Edge
Water’s Edge is a hideaway for two, originally a fisherman’s cottage and as its name suggests, enjoys magnificent uninterrupted views of Polperro harbour, the village and out to sea from the large windows of the main rooms. The beamed ceilings, and charming top floor bedroom with an en-suite bathroom combine comfort with old world character and charm. Situated on the traffic free Warren, just a few yards from the sea the cottage provides a very peaceful bolt hole for those wishing to get away from it all.

Accommodation:
Stable door into simple kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dining table to seat 3. Stairs to half landing where there is a separate WC and wash basin. Further stairs up to first floor. Small sitting room with great views from the window seat, two seater sofa, one armchair and TV with DVD player. Further stairs to the second floor. Double bedroom with wonderful views, 4ft 6in double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC and electric wall heater (there is a curtained hanging area in the living room).
Parking: In main car park (charges apply). Please note: There is no car access to the property.
