The majority of rooms look across the water and quays beyond and from the level garden you can enjoy many varieties of tidal wildlife, a birdwatcher’s paradise especially in winter.

Ground floor: Lounge with wood burner, sofas, flatscreen TV and DVD, patio doors leading to garden. Superbly equipped Kitchen dining room with ceramic hob, built in electric oven and combination oven/ microwave, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher. Dining area to seat ten with handsome oak furniture, window seat & waterside views. Utility room with washing machine & tumble drier.

Bedroom 1, Twin single beds, built in floor to ceiling wardrobes and desk, adjacent to ground floor shower room, heated towel rail,  basin and WC.

First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, en suite shower room. Bedroom 3 with waterside views, double 4ft 6in bed and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 4 Triple room with waterside views, 3ft bunk beds and 3ft single bed, built in wardrobe, vanity unit with basin, chest of drawers.

Outside:

Landscaped garden overlooking the estuary with patio areas, garden furniture and slipway (kayak available for guest use – own lifejackets to be provided) Through the garden gate a public footpath leads along the edge of the estuary.
