Visitors are sure to enjoy exploring the scenic beauty of the surrounding area, including Constable country and Rendlesham and Tunstall forests, and the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths long-distance footpath. The market town of Woodbridge's Tide Mill (N.T.), Sutton Hoo's Anglo Saxon burial site, Orford Castle, Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings Concert Hall are all within easy reach. Pub under ½ mile; shops, beach fishing and cycle hire 1½ miles.
