It has a good-sized lawn, private enclosed garden with patio furniture.

Stable door to tiled entrance hall and 2 steps up to the large open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room with oak wooden floor. Double glazed windows and patio door opening to the front garden. Kitchen:- fridge with icebox freezer, washer/drier, cooker, microwave and toaster.

2 carpeted double bedrooms - one with kingsize bed and room for a travel cot, the other a standard double bed.

Bathroom:- bath with electric shower over, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Storage heaters or panel radiators in all rooms.
