Clearbrook Cottage

	Within a mile of Tavistock and just 6 miles from Cornwall's border, these delightful and very well furnished cottages, grouped around the farmyard, are set on a working trout fishery in attractively landscaped grounds. The Trout 'n Tipple Inn 200 yards away, serves good food, has a games room and welcomes children and dogs. The fly fishing lakes are stocked with Brown and Rainbow trout from 1½ to 20lb in weight – tackle and tuition can be arranged. Lakeside picnic areas, a children's fishing lake, play area and a well stocked tackle shop are all on site. Children will love to watch the fish being fed, or the Vietnamese pot bellied pigs, hens, ducks and guinea fowl which graze freely. A wealth of activities and attractions in both Devon and Cornwall are easily accessible. Tavistock boasts golf course, inns and restaurants, theatre, and lovely riverside walks, Dartmoor's rugged scenery offers excellent walking, riding and cycling (bike hire in Tavistock) whilst Plymouth, the coast and Torbay's golden sands are an easy drive.
