	Luxury 2 bedroom Penthouse Apartment on 2 floors (sleeps Maximum 4). Located right next to the famous Chester Rodee Racecourse, within five minutes walk to the City centre. Everything about this contemporary furnished apartment oozes luxury from the soft Egyptian cotton sheets, and large fluffy Egyptian cotton towels, fine art on the walls to the Italian Leather sofas. A Welcome pack of essentials like tea, coffee, bread, milk, butter, orange Juice, cereal, etc. are there on arrival. The Apartment, on the 3rd and 4th Floors, was recently completed and is tastefully furnished and decorated to the highest standard. There are views of the River Dee from both the bedrooms and the Lounge area. There is on site parking and also lift access to the apartment. On the top floor of the building is a large and open plan area consisting of the lounge, dining area and kitchen.The lounge has a large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player . Wireless Broadband Internet access is also provided. There is a dining area with a dining table suitable for four people and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a separate fridge and freezer, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, ample pots, pans, dishes and glassware, tea towels, oven gloves, in fact everything that you need should you decide not to use any of the good local restaurants, wine bars and eating establishments in Chester. Downstairs are the 2 large Bedrooms.The Master Bedroom has a luxury king sized leather bed, and leather bedside tables, large wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as an en-suite shower room. Hairdryer provided in both bedrooms. The second bedroom contains two single beds with leather headboards and a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also on the same floor a luxury bathroom with shower.
