	Elderberry cottage is one of three one bedroom cottage apartments situated on award-winning, adult only Woodlands caravan park. The three cottage apartments share a sunny lawn and patio with outdoor hot tub. There is also access (shared with caravan owners) to our leisure suite which has exercise equipment, sauna and Jacuzzi. A laundry and small shop cater for your needs. A short stroll takes you to the village centre with pub, tea rooms, post office and more. The charming Victorian sea side town of Southport is just 10 minutes away for quality shopping and dining out. Historic Liverpool, Capital of Culture 2008 is a short drive away and Martin Mere Wildfowl Trust is just �around the corner�. This property sleeps upto 2 people offering a large double bed with WC hand basin and shower. It has a lounge/diner with open plan kitchen.
