Set in woodlands it has terraced lawned gardens to the front and 10 acres of private gardens to explore and relax in with views overlooking the sea. Nearby are sandy beaches, the Talyllyn Railway, Cader Idris, Aberdyfi golf course and Snowdonia National Park. Accommodation is spacious and the house can sleep up to 14 people. There are three double en suite bedrooms, two double bedrooms, two twin bunk rooms and two bathrooms. With ample space for everyone throughout, there are sitting rooms, a study, a dining room, kitchen, snooker room, garden room and spacious halls and landings. The kitchen is fitted with a modern electric and gas cooker range, dishwasher and washing machine.
