	These recently renovated, cottages are converted from a traditional �Bank Barn� adjoining the owners� property. They are situated at the end of a 200m driveway surrounded by wildlife, including red squirrels and buzzards. They have fantastic views towards the Fells and Grizedale Forest from the enclosed shared garden. The village of Torver, with its two pet friendly pubs serving food, is 500m away. Coniston, with its shops, cafes and restaurants is 2 miles. There are many walks from the cottage including Coniston Old Man and across Torver Common to Coniston Water, famous for �Bluebirds� record breaking and Ransom�s <i>Swallows and Amazons</I>. The South Lakes area has many attractions including Ambleside, Grasmere and Windermere and the quieter peninsula with its sandy beaches. A cosy one bedroom Lake District holiday cottage offering a romantic atmosphere, whilst having all the modern comforts which we have come to expect in the home.
