	Mallows is an annexe to the owners property and is completely separate with it's own entrance. There is access to walk along the river Wriggle through the owner’s garden. Yetminster is situated on the River Wriggle, 5 miles SW of the Historic Abbey town of Sherborne. The country town of Dorchester is 17 miles south with Dorset's heritage coast 20 miles. Yetminster has a railway station on the Bristol Weymouth line. 50 yards is the well stocked village shop/newsagent/off licence/delicatessen. The village pub serving local food and real ales is a 2-minute walk and a tearoom selling local arts and crafts is a 5 minute walk. There are many local footpath walks including the Macmillan Way. This property offers one ensuite double bedroom and a double sofa bed in lounge. Open plan lounge/diner and separate kitchen. Bathroom comprises of W.C, basin, bath and large separate power shower.
