	This stone cottage is situated on a south facing, sunny hillside offering comfortable, modern facilities with stunning views within the Cairngorm National Park. Glenbuchat is a secluded highland glen with it's own castle! Ideally placed to explore on foot, by mountain bike or by car. The area is rich in wildlife and birds, fishing nearby. The Lecht Ski Centre is 15 miles away. There are varied places of interest within a comfortable day out. Local Spar shop, post office and hotel are 5 miles away in Strathdon, home of the Lonach Games in August. Royal Deeside is within easy reach. As the cottage, it's garden and access are on a sloping site, this property will not be suitable for wheelchair users. This cottage offers 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen/ living area with log burning stove and sofa bed, dining area and fenced garden with patio and BBQ. Outside shed for bike storage etc.
