It is a large, attractive farmhouse situated about 1 mile from Throwley Hall Farm. LATHAM FARMHOUSE accommodates up to 12 people. It is a large, attractive former farmhouse situated near the village of Calton, not far from the A52 Leek -Ashbourne road. Sitting room, living Room and piano. Dining/kitchen. Shower/WC downstairs. Bathroom and toilet upstairs, bedroom one with double bed downstairs. Bedroom two with en-suite facilities. Third and forth bedrooms with a double bed and one single.
