Station View | Sennybridge is a village on the northern edge of the Brecon Beacons. It is a good centre for walking, fishing and pony trekking. It is also ideal for observing Red Kites and Buzzards as well as many other birds. There is now one shop, a post office, two garages and three pubs.
There are daily buses between Brecon Beacons and Swansea and Brecon and Llandovery with links to other towns in the area.
The house was built about one hundred years age and has been used as the village office and a drapers shop at various times in history.
The National Park Visitors Centre near Libanus (about 8 miles) is well worth a visit for the views it commands and for the wide range of information and activities on offer.
This cottage offers: 1 double room, 1 twin, a bunk and 1 Z-bed. Lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. | | | | |
