	Two tastefully and comfortably furnished cottages next to 17th Century longhouse, set in a lush valley amongst 7 acres of fields, garden and woodland bounded by Rookery Brook - a haven of peace yet only 20 minutes drive from Exeter and close to Dartmoor. The properties are situated 1 mile from Bridford and 1 mile from Christow in the Teign Valley just inside Dartmoor National Park and in close proximity to many tourist destinations and facilities for walking, golfing, fishing, birdwatching and riding. The nearest beaches are Dawlish, Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth which are only 30 minutes drive away or further afield are Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth or the South Hams. <b>Only weekly bookings accepted over Christmas & New Year.</b> This cottage offers: large main bedroom with views down the valley to the hills beyond has a double bed. Please note that you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, which has ensuite bathroom has a bath, toilet, basin, electric shower, bidet and heated towel rail. The second bedroom can either contain one single bed, two single beds or one bed and the cot and is ideal for one adult or two children. Kitchen/living area, upstairs with a balcony sitting area. The downstairs toilet is accessed from the utility room
