Cider Cottage | Cider Cottage, situated in the beautiful rural village of Broadhempton, halfway between the sea and Dartmoor. There is a local shop and two pubs all within walking distance, amidst open countryside. The cottage was originally a Cider Press, hence it’s name. It is simple yet attractively decorated, still retaining some original features such as oak beamed ceilings, wooden floors and wood burner.
There is good walking, fishing, riding and sailing in the area, along with historic market towns and villages such as Totnes and Dartmouth to explore. Approximately 20 mins by car from Goodrington sands and Broadsands Blue Flagged beaches.
Two steam railways are nearby as well as day tripper boats down the river Dart.
This cottage offers wonderful views across the valley from all the windows and comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a comfortable living area with wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen. Patio and garden with garden furniture. Ample off road parking.
