Shippen, The | 2 Cottages - Get away from it all in rural hamlet inside the Dartmoor National Park. Two beautifully converted old granite buildings, fantastic moorland views, friendly welcome. Idyllic base for walking, riding, cycling and exploring Dartmoor and surrounding area.
Excellent choice of riding stables or bring your own horse. Many local attractions to suit all ages and interests. North and South Coasts both less than 1 hour drive. Tavistock 3 miles with plenty of good pubs and restaurants.
'The Shippen' (40' by 12') sleeps 2/4 and is a self contained wing of owner's farmhouse with a wonderful galleried bedroom and pretty enclosed patio. 'The Barn' (36' by 18') sleeps 6, has an upstairs living room with beautiful views, 3 bedrooms downstairs, and an adjacent garden.

The Shippen has a most attractive open plan interior with a galleried bedroom. Consisting of a sitting room, dining room / kitchen, bathroom, galleried bedroom with double bed, a single bed and space for a second single bed if required.
