Monsieur Hulot's Holiday (Les Vacances de Monsieur Hulot)
Re-release of Jacques Tati's 1953 seminal comedy, the inspiration no doubt for Rowan Atkinson's doddering Mr Bean. Mr Hulot (Tati) gets in his trusty car and head for Brittany on holiday. There, he leaves chaos and destruction in his wake, bringing unforeseen catastrophes to the unsuspecting other guests of the quaint hotel where he is staying. A beautiful girl named Martine (Nathalie Pascaud) catches Hulot's eye and he chivalrously accompanies her around town.
