Mimosas
A dying sheikh heads for the medieval city of Sijilmasa, where he will be buried, surrounded by his people. The sheikh's caravan from Morocco must navigate perilous terrain including a potential short cut through the Atlas Mountains. A preacher named Shakib (Shakib Ben Omar) is chosen as one of the drivers of the caravan, which safely moves from one sprawling landscape to the next. En route, the sheikh passes away and two members of the caravan, Ahmed (Ahmed Hammoud) and Said (Said Aagli), conspire on an underhand scheme to personally benefit from the death.
