Mohenjo Daro
An all-consuming romance threatens to destroy an ancient civilisation in this lavish period adventure, directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. In 2016 BC, young indigo farmer Sarman (Hrithik Roshan) enters the majestic city of Mohenjo Daro and falls madly in love with a beautiful dancer called Chaani (Pooja Hegde). She is the daughter of a powerful priest, who is predicted to lay the foundations for a new society. In his amorous pursuit of Chaani, Sarman uncovers long buried secrets about the city and his past, which have dramatic repercussions for everyone in Mohenjo Daro, set to a musical score composed by Oscar winner A R Rahman (Slumdog Millionaire).
