Tristan & Isolde (12A)

Valiant knight Tristan has devoted his life to King Marke, the man who saved him from marauding Irish hordes under the command of King Donnchadh. During one such skirmish with the invaders, Tristan is badly wounded with a poisoned blade, presumed dead and sent out to sea on a funeral boat. He eventually washes up on the Irish shore where beautiful Isolde, Donnchadh's headstrong daughter, nurses him back to health using her knowledge of magical herbs and potions.
