Con artist Colonel Harrington, his daughter Jean and associate Gerald target Charles Pike, who is heir to a fortune and has recently returned from an expedition up the Amazon. Jean seduces Charles and he falls head for her. Unexpectedly Jean develops feelings for her prey.
