Kurt Sloane travels to Thailand and witnesses his brother's death at the hands of opponent Tong Po in an underground fight. Local police appear reluctant to pursue the matter so Kurt enlists the help of his brother's Muay Thai trainer, Master Durand, to exact revenge.
