A documentary portrait of singer Shirley Collins, who joined her sister Dolly at the forefront of the English folk music revival in the 1960s and 1970s. In 1980, Shirley was diagnosed with dysphonia, a rare disorder of the vocal chords that eventually robbed her of her voice.
