When a deal with Jake Mazursky goes bad, dealer Johnny kidnaps Jake's younger brother Zack and holds him hostage in exchange for the money owed. As Jake goes on the rampage, Johnny and his pals Frankie and Elvis realise that they may not be able to return Zack to his parents, because the boy can identify them.
