Jane Austen's House Museum,
The house is where Jane Austen lived and wrote from 1809 to 1817. It has been restored to look as it would have done in the early 1800's, and items such as the author's donkey cart and writing table can be seen. Visitors are welcome to picnic in the garden in daylight hours. Disabled access is limited to the Ground Floor.
