	The Royal Opera House offers a wide variety of food and drink to complement your visit to the opera or ballet. The House usually opens one and a half hours before the curtain rises. All bars and restaurants open at this time. The starter and main course are served pre-performance, with dessert and coffee taken at the first interval. Where there is more than one interval alternative arrangements may be made.
